Commissioning and Operating of Powder Milling Machine

Commissioning of the powder milling machine.

a. After installation, check all the joining parts and the bolts.

b. Start the motor, check if the machine runs smoothly without the abnormal noise.

c. Check if the shafts rotate smoothly.

d. Run the machine without load for a while

e. If everything is OK, do the commissioning as the following steps:

(1) The order of start machine: Blower on--Impeller on---Discharge on-- Sieving 1---Sieving 2---Grinding on---Air hammer on.

(2) After starting the machine, the operator should pay attention to the instrument panel on the Control box, till the electricity is remain stable, then start feeding the raw material products. During the feeding, make sure the Amps do not exceed the milling motor’s rated Amps, other-wise, the feeding speed should be reduced.

(3) The order of stop machine: Grinding off--Blower off--Impeller off-- Discharge off-- Air Hammer off--Sieving 1--Sieving 2.

Operation of the powder mill machine.

(1) The order of start machine: Blower on--Impeller on---Discharge on-- Sieving 1---Sieving 2---Grinding on---Air hammer on.

(2) After starting the powder grinding machine, the operator should pay attention to the instrument panel on the Control box, till the electricity is remain stable, then start feeding the raw material products. During the feeding, make sure the Amps do not exceed the milling motor’s rated Amps, other-wise, the feeding speed should be reduced.

(3) he order of stop machine: Grinding off--Blower off--Impeller off-- Discharge off-- Air Hammer off--Sieving 1--Sieving 2.

(4) clean the pocket of the deduster regularly.
